Step outside and you're across the street from the Sandy River; you can hear it from the front porch. In summer, walk to the community pool and sport courts. In winter, you're 15 minutes from Mt. Hood Skibowl and about 30 minutes from Timberline and Mt. Hood Meadows. This is a true four-season base camp.

- Quiet hours after 10:30 PM. This is a residential neighborhood, so please respect our full-time neighbors.

HOT TUB RULES
- Open year-round, available 24 hours
- Quiet hours are strictly observed after 10:30 PM. Please keep noise and splashing to a minimum.
- No glass in or around the hot tub
- Shower before entering
- Maximum 6 guests at a time
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
- No pets in the hot tub
- Do not adjust chemical settings or the thermostat beyond the posted instructions inside the cover
