This was a fantastic room for my husband and I. Newly updated, clean, comfy bed, nice shower, smart tv... all things that made it a great, no stress stay. Host was proactive in communication and clear instructions. The property grounds were clean and well kept, and the pool & hot tub have easy access with stairs or elevator nearby. Laundry is also close to unit and was very clean, modern, and well-kept. I cannot speak to the free shuttle service, as we were staying for business and the shuttle did not run to the convention center, only to the parks. While we saw several kiddos playing in the pool and courtyard area, the property was very quiet in halls and room, making for a peaceful getaway. 10/10 stay for us!
