Muy bueno
Apartamento muy acogedor, espacioso, balcón con mesa. Bien equipado.Todo el fondo del salón es una cristalera muy luminosa, en frente un muro vegetal verde separa del río Arve, por encima vista espectacular, Aiguille Midi y Glaciar. A mejorar: sanitarios con algún desperfecto , pero limpios; aumentar iluminación y red de enchufes; cambiar cerraduras puerta, no entraban bien las llaves.

Bien mais peut mieux faire
L'appartement a un bel espace et il y a de tout en ce qui concerne la vaisselle, le lave linge et de quoi faire le ménage mais il aurait besoin d'un sérieux coup de rafraîchissement. Le lit est à changer car il grince fortement au moindre mouvement, les couettes sont passés ainsi que les oreillers. La moquette est un nid à microbes. Le lavabo est fendu dans la salle de bain et la déco est à moderniser. Dommage car cette appartement a du potentiel.
