This second-floor condo offers an unbeatable location right on the beach and access to fantastic on-site amenities that include an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and charcoal grills for afternoon barbecues. This beachfront location is simply unmatched, and you are within a short walking or driving distance of great dining options and must-visit attractions, including Gulf State Park Pier, The Track - Gulf Shores, Alabama Gulf Coast, The Wharf, and classic Flora-Bama. The stainless-steel kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals or beach snacks. Smart TVs, free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer provide all the comforts of home. The balcony is sure to be a favorite spot for coffee or cocktails. SUNCHASE AMENITIES - Charcoal grills - Hot tub - Outdoor pool.



There is assigned parking for one vehicle only. Parking Fee is 52.00. You will need to give us your email so that we can send instructions to register your vehicle. If you have an additional vehicle there are 2 non-dedicated visitors parking spots that are available on a first come first serve basis. If those spots are unavailable, you can look up beach parking in Gulf Shores or download the ParkMobile App.

Beautiful area by the beach. Condo and facilities are clean. We were able to quickly and efficiently schedule an extra night to stay for our trip with another available unit. Loved our stay!

Accommodating condo with everything you need.

We have spent 3 years staying at Sunchase- I was bummed this year when our usual condo was already booked but 209 didn’t disappoint. The view wasn’t as good as the front building but you have a clear through view of the ocean from the balcony. We stayed a week and had a small child in tow- it had everything we needed and Patti is super responsive if you need anything.

Definitely more small than what it looks. Microwave didn’t work but fixed it within the day of. You had pay an extra 52 for a parking spot after you paid for the condo. Vent inside bathroom was leaking. Host/Sunchase was fabulous to work with tho! Beautiful spot. Very clean.

It was nice and as advertised. Smaller complex was nice. Parking a little tight but very nice being covered for when raining. Easy access to be beach

Beach access and location was excellent, only negative thing I can say was our master bedroom bed was in need of upgrade as well as the bedroom door sticking.Pretty simple fix but we were very satisfied otherwise.
