Bicycle Policy: Please note that bicycles are not permitted on the property for rental guests. If you choose to bring bicycles, they must remain on or in your vehicle at all times. Bicycles may not be stored anywhere on the property, including walkways, pool areas, fences, or common areas.
Non-Smoking Policy: This is a non-smoking property. A $500 fee will apply for violations.
Parking: There is one labeled parking space.

Pool Availability Notice: Please note that pool access is seasonal and subject to weather conditions. The pool may be closed during the off-season, during periods of inclement weather, or for routine maintenance, and availability is subject to the property or community's operating dates and discretion. The pool is closed from the middle of October to the middle of May.
Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.
