Perfect for weekend or holiday stays or even those here on business and need a longer-term stay with all the amenities of home. You will be close to the Kansas State Fairgrounds and only a few miles from Prairie Dunes Country Club. This home is centrally located in Hutchinson making it a short distance from any of the many attractions in Hutchinson.

Why they chose this property

Our home is centrally located in a safe neighborhood. The home has a nice yard with large trees and a fenced in pdrivate backyard. Though it is located off a busy street, the side street helps create distance from road noise and if guests have additional cars, they can feel safe parking car in street in front of duplex.

What makes this property unique

Our home is centrally located, near The State Fair grounds, Hutchinson Community College, The Cosmosphere and within a short drive from Prairie Dunes Golf Course. The home comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. The home is tastefully decorated without clutter. There are two living rooms that are spacious comfortable areas to retreat and relax, this can be especially nice for families or work groups.
