This house and layout were perfect. Pool area was great. Location was short distances to everyrhing needed. The only thing that was lack of a better term disappointing was somehow the listing said hot tub which down there playing baseball for a week was needed and there was none. With that said there was none in any pictures thought maybe it wasnt pictured. The host and vrbo made everything right and honestly even without a hot tub we would still stay again.

Truly a great place

Everything was clean, the pool was warm, and the response time from the owner was really quick. We would definitely stay here again. The place had everything we needed and everything we forgot.

Awesome House

A beautiful home with a pool and so many amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and minutes away from great restaurants. Lots of golf courses to choose from too. The host is very helpful and responsive.

Great place, just as advertised, no surprises

We were here for 2 weeks and it was a wonderful vacation. One of the nicest places we've stayed in Cape Coral. The house was just as it was advertised, very clean, every amenity you could think of, all the comforts of home. They're were 4 of us, adults, and we had plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy, both inside and around the pool. Ines was very accessible and answered all our questions, even directed us to her personal vet ( who was great) when our pup got sick. Plenty of linens, kitchen utensils, paper products, modern appliances, including the ice balls. The neighborhood was great, very quiet, very walkable, lots of little owls. Close to all shopping and dining. Miceli's on Matlacha was our favorite. The only downside... its booked next year.. Thanks Ines 10/10

2024/2025 Cape Coral Getaway

This property was as described. The house was clean and had everything you might need. We have never stayed in a house that we didn't have to go out and purchase items we needed. This house had it all! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Innes, the property manager was great. She answered all questions quickly and even stopped in to say Hello. Great time!

Nice place

Property and house was nice. The pool area was private. Our only complaint was reading all the rules they had written down that you are supposed to follow. Example, completely clean the grill or be charged $100. We decided not to use it. Everything needs to be exactly where it was. You are told you need to do some cleaning while there. While I'm sure everyone does that don't like being told I have to. Also says all towels should be cleaned the morning you leave except one dirty one for each person. The couch is terrible to sit on. It's old and you sink down and can't get off it. We spent two weeks there and enjoyed our stay, just nervous or the normous pages of rules

Perfect family vacation

My fiancé, children, my sister and her husband stayed here. The checkin was super easy and the owner was very friendly. Our stay went wonderful. We had everything we needed for the week and if we had any questions we always got a quick response. Beaches were near by and groceries were just down the road. We had an amazing time and everything was convenient making it a great vacation especially having the children with us. We stayed over the Independence Day week so we also saw an amazing firework display only minutes from the home. Thank you so much for sharing your home we would definitely stay again! Oh side note, the windows to the pool were so clean I think we all bumped into them going outside at least once lol 😂

Nice but fees

The place is great. It served all the needs we had. VRBO needs to change the fees being added on. I just wish owners would raise the price of their rental. Being charged for electricity is very tacky. We were being nice and washed a load of their towels but I think I had to pay for the electricity to do it. I'm assuming CATV, wifi, water and more are on the way.

Great place to stay!!!`

We had such a wonderful stay......very clean, extremely well stocked with everything you need, including beach chairs, all kinds of utensils, spices etc.......great layout of the bedrooms for privacy if you need, nice pool, and responsive host. Highly recommend it!

What a great place!

We loved everything about staying here. Lots of amenities, comfortable beds, great pool set in a nice quiet neighborhood. The location is also nice with many restaurants and golf courses close by.

Perfect Paradise

We had the best time at Cape Coral Cottage. Everything you’d need was furnished in this beautiful home. The kitchen was well equipped for staying in to cook, along with a very nice grill. Towels and soaps were made available. You literary need to bring your clothes and personal toiletries. The beds were comfortable and the glass slider doors allowed lots of fresh air in each night. The pool and lanai provided a very comfortable place to soak up sun and relax. Restaurants are close by as well as grocery stores. The Farmers Market on Saturday mornings was very nice. The location was excellent and easy to navigate. Check in was super easy as well as check out. Ines is the best! She attended every little detail and was most helpful. We would love to return, but sadly the cottage is not available for 2025. You won’t go wrong renting this property.

Excellent property and host

We had a party of 6 adults, 3 couples. It was our second visit to Cape Coral as a group and we had a wonderful time at the property. The kitchen was well-stocked and everything was well-maintained. The home is close to so many things and we enjoyed watching the owls the live in the neighborhood (just don't get too close!). Ines was responsive and helpful with the whole process. We highly recommend this space for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing home in Cape Coral.

Perfect place to stay

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Es liegt in einer ruhigen und schönen Gegend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und schöne Strände sind nicht weit entfernt. Für Ausflüge nach Naples und in die Everglades bietet es sich perfekt an. Auch nach Miami braucht man nur 2-3 Stunden. Besonders genossen haben wir den Pool. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin lief ebenfalls perfekt und Sie war für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Davon werden wir noch lange träumen ❤️

AMAZING

We absolutely had a great time!! It was our 1st trip to Cape Coral and it will definitely NOT be our last. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and the neighbors were friendly. The cottage had EVERYTHING that we could have possibly needed. Everything was pretty convenient to the cottage, even the beaches (30 mins from the cottage)... We visited Ft. Myers, Sanibel and Pine Island. Our favorite beach was Sanibel and even though there was damage from the hurricane that hit a year ago, Sanibel was still our favorite beach. If you plan on staying in Cape Coral I would definitely highly recommend staying at the Coral Cottage... The price was perfect, Miss Ines was wonderful to work with and over all the cottage was PERFECT!!!!

Very Nice Property and Well-Stocked

We were in town for a men's senior baseball tournament, and enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very-well stocked with the necessities. Location was great - just off of Santa Barbara between Cape Coral Blvd and Veteran's Parkway. Neighborhood was decent. The pool and pool area were wonderful. We had a couple of minor issues that were promptly address by Ines. It's a winner!

Lovely Villa

Spent a lovely relaxing 14 nights here (Oct 23). Villa was spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped. Pool was private and Villa set in quiet residential neighbourhood within easy reach of shops, restaurants and major road networks. Would highly recommend to experience the best Cape Coral has to offer.

Had an amazing time at Coral Cottage

We absolutely loved the pool and the fact the house had 3 bathrooms!! Such a wonderful two weeks. Didn’t even deal with any noseeums (which we were worrying about frantically). Only inconvenience we had was not being able to park in the garage. The owner left their vehicle in it and left no room for ours.

Fabulous property! Stay here!

I can't say enough about this lovely home! We were in SW Florida for 10 days in mid-June. Family traveled from all over the country to be there, and four of us stayed at Coral Cottage June 7-17. The home is absolutely immaculate. And this is coming from a very picky germ-conscious person! Everything was super clean and fresh - the bedding and linens too. There wasn't one bit of dust or dirt anywhere. The furniture and bedding are all newer and comfortable. The open-concept kitchen, great room, and dining room are wonderful and spacious. The pool is brilliantly clean and perfectly sized for cooling swims after sunning on the pool deck. The neighborhood is quiet and well-kept. Ines Bender, the property's manager was great to work with. She replied to all emails and texts promptly, and was a delight to speak with on the phone on a couple of occasions. My only negative comment is about the additional fee we were charged for electricity. We were there for 10 days, several of the days there were only 2-3 people staying in the home, yet we were charged an additional $150 for electricity usage. I'm not sure how the owners expect electric usage to be kept at $35 during a 10 day stay in mid-June in FLA! The $35 was what we were allotted the rest we had to pay for! And this was after constantly watching the temperature air conditioner was set. We were quoted $0.15/kWh in the contract, but were charged $0.19/kWh without explanation other than Ines saying LCEC was charging more.
