The fully equipped holiday flat "Kinas Altstadt-Suite" on the first floor enchants with a lovingly designed ambience and a quiet location on the edge of the old town. The market square is just a few minutes' walk away. On the way there you will discover great churches and sights that tell 1000 years of history. To pass the time you will also find shopping facilities, a cinema, bars, restaurants and everything else almost on your doorstep. The railway station is only 10 minutes away (on foot).
The famous imperial palace is also only 500 metres away and can be easily reached on foot.
Goslar is the perfect starting point for hikers and offers many great hiking trails with lots of greenery and fantastic views.
The holiday flat was completely renovated and refurnished in 2021. From November the flat is now ready for rent and enchants with its new splendour.
Living area: The living area offers you a seating area with a generous sleeping function for 2 people. A dining table for 6 people. A flat screen TV (satellite), a Nintendo Wii console with games and a Bluetooth box for entertainment.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, individual freezer, oven, ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, tea maker and crockery for 12 people.
Bathroom: The bathroom is modern and comfortably equipped with a shower cubicle, bathroom furniture with LED mirror, a hairdryer and a towel warmer. There is also a footrest for the washbasin for our younger guests.
Bedroom 1: A box-spring bed with topper (total size 180cm), wardrobe with full-length mirror.
Bedroom 2: Two single box-spring beds with topper (total size per bed 90cm) = The beds can also be pushed together to create a sleeping area of 180cm. A wardrobe with small toys and books.

In the backyard you will find two cosy, covered seating areas and a barbecue area with an electric grill. The seating areas are freely available to all guests of the house. In a separate room there is a table football table, which may also be used by all guests in the house.
There is no parking space in the courtyard. It is possible to park briefly in front of the house to unload your suitcases. Public parking is available in the immediate vicinity. One street further on there is free parking for 3 hours. Otherwise you can park in the entire old town from 9 am to 6 pm for fifty cents per hour. From 6 - 9 pm parking is free of charge.
There is a large public car park with free parking approx. 600m from the property. There you have the possibility to park your car permanently. As you live in the centre of the old town and can easily reach everything on foot, you are not dependent on a car.
There is also a WC room with a washing machine/dryer in the courtyard for all guests to use.
Goslar has 1000 years of history and is full of sights in the immediate vicinity. The old town of Goslar and the former Rammelsberg ore mine on the southern edge of the town have been UNESCO World Heritage Sites since 1992 under the name of the Rammelsberg mine and the old town of Goslar.
You can explore Goslar on foot or take the funicular railway. The tourist centre is located in the middle of the market square (approx. 350m), from where you can book many activities.
There is also a lot on offer outside Goslar. A trip to Hahnenklee, Brocken, Torfhaus, Bad Harzburg, Altenau,... not only offer many great impressions for hikers, but also plenty of opportunities for adrenalin junkies.
Goslar and the surrounding area offer a great holiday at any time of year.
