It’s on the first floor and fully accessible. The most recent renovations to the kitchen and bathroom—including a walk-in shower—were completed in spring 2021. You’ll have access to 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom (52 square meters), and a large balcony. The living area features a cozy dining space and an open kitchen, where you’ll find a stove with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and an egg cooker. There is an ample supply of dishes, glasses, cutlery, and pots. Our cozy living area is perfect for relaxing evenings watching TV (satellite TV and a DVD player are provided). A small collection of games and ideas for your leisure time are also available. The bedroom features a double bed, and the living room also offers two additional sleeping accommodations (a pull-out sofa bed measuring 1.40 x 1.90). In addition, the apartment has plenty of closets and storage space. The apartment is heated by an infrared heating system that is easy to operate. The apartment includes a reserved parking space in the underground garage (No. 6).
