Thoughtfully furnished 3-bedroom Roseville home designed for comfort, privacy, and ease. The well stocked open concept kitchen features quartz countertops, a large center island, ample storage, and a wine fridge, opening into a welcoming family room with a custom copper-accent feature wall, decorative fireplace, and oversized sectional. Enjoy both in kitchen dining and a separate formal dining room seating eight. The primary suite includes a dedicated sit to stand workplace, walk in shower with rainfall shower head, soaking tub, and walk in closet. Two additional bedrooms share a large full bath. The private backyard retreat includes a dipping pool, waterfall, lounge chairs, outside dining, and ambient string lighting.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If your stay includes a Sunday night, we would greatly appreciate if you could take the trash bins out to the curb Sunday evening. Trash pickup is very early Monday morning
Please return the Nest thermostat to 78* prior to leaving
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The house is equipped with a whole house fan that guests can use for fresh air or to cool the space. At least 2 windows MUST be open prior to using.
The dipping pool and waterfall features are set on automatic timers and are professionally maintained. Please do not adjust settings.
When using the washing machine, please do not select a spin speed higher than level 3. Higher speeds cause rocking of the stacked units.

This house and this neighborhood are so dear to my heart. I bought this house after big life changes, and it became a sanctuary for me. When I decided to move to be with my fiancee, there was never a question about keeping this home and opening it up to share with others. The light, the energy, the peace that this space holds is special- and I think you'll see and feel that too :)

What makes this property unique

While I took most of my special furniture pieces with me, I did my best to keep the home thoughtfully styled and comfortable. I've taken a lot of care to see to it that you'd have everything you might need during your stay. The backyard area is especially peaceful, private, and relaxing with the surrounding trees and waterfall.
