Place was well kept. Renter provided food, water, and some toiletries. Neighborhood is in a sketchier area, but inside the house is secure.

The room was exactly what I was looking for and exactly as it appeared in pictures. My dog and I enjoyed our walk around the neighborhood which is ideally located to nearby restaurants and stores within walking distance.

This was an adorable little place, it was clean and comfortable. It was wonderful being able to have our dog with us, I will note there is no designated restroom area for them, we walked down the street to find public grass area. I would also recommend bringing bed pillows. The owner was helpful and has all the necessities available that may have been forgotten. Coffee is provided as well as a few other things! We would certainly stay at this gem again!

Our host was great at communicating and responded very quickly to any questions that we had. We booked our stay when Colorado was going through an intense heat wave, and the AC unit wasn't the most efficient, so we had to buy a fan from a Walmart to use and then return at the end of our stay. I would stay here again, because of the great host, reasonable price, and the location. If you want to see a concert at the Ball Arena or Redrocks, it is very close to the both of them. This place is also fairly close to hiking trails too. We drove 45 minutes to hike Walker Ranch Loop in Eldorado Canyon State Park (there are trails much closer than this), and we had a great time. If I were staying here again, I would wait to go grocery shopping because when we got there the fridge and pantry had some unopened food and drinks. Good coffee was also provided.

Great host. I enjoyed my stay. On first night they did not have towels here. Also itDoesn’t have a lot of things you need for a stay. They had a very nice tv but I was here for Stanley cup games. I had to purchase a way to watch the games on tv because they had no way to watch anything on the tv. The AC unit blew air but not ice cold air. Over all I was very happy with my stay

I LOVED staying here and will try to again next summer. Host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. I stayed for two weeks and was very comfortable. It’s also in a great location - safe, charming neighborhood, not too far from downtown and within walking distance of a gas station, laundromat, dollar tree, two groceries, several restaurants, and several bus stops. Thank you very much for the awesome stay!
