The Space

Master Suite – King bed with private ensuite bath for ultimate comfort.
Queen Bedroom – Queen bed plus a daybed, ideal for younger guests.
Double Bedroom – Double bed with daybed, perfect for families or friends.
Living Areas – Cozy main living area with fireplace, plus a second living area with TV and a second electric fireplace for times when some separation is desired.
Kitchen & Dining – Bright, sunny kitchen opens to the living space, making meals and gatherings effortless.
Outdoor Space – Expansive deck with gas grill to enjoy morning coffee, afternoon sun, or evening relaxation. Soak in the hot tub or step down to your private dock, float, and mooring for boating or waterfront fun.

Guest House Option
A separate guest house is available for booking independently and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Please note all bedding is arranged in a studio-style layout. If you’d like to reserve it along with the main home, let us know and we’ll confirm availability.

Access & Amenities
Guests have full access to the home, outdoor spaces, and private dock. Access to Spruce Point Inn amenities—including pools, bike rentals, and an exercise room—adds resort-style comfort to your stay. Any spaces that are locked or marked “owner access only” are private.

Interaction with Guests
Your comfort and privacy are our priority. We are available via phone or Airbnb/VRBO message to answer questions, provide recommendations, or assist with anything during your stay. We do not enter the property unless specifically requested, allowing you to fully enjoy a private coastal retreat.

Transit & Getting Around
Most guests arrive by car, and ample on-property parking is available. Spruce Point is highly walkable and bike-friendly, ideal for exploring community paths and nearby scenic areas. Boothbay Harbor town is a short drive or bike ride away, offering shops, restaurants, and sightseeing adventures. For boating guests, the property includes a private dock, float, and mooring—please call in advance with your boat’s size to ensure accommodations. Taxis and rideshare services are readily available for easy trips into town.
