Tucked in the heart of Boothbay Harbor, Porchside is a charming, newly updated New England home that blends the convenience of in-town living with the privacy of a peaceful, tucked-away setting. Just steps from the harbor’s restaurants, shops, and scenic waterfront, it’s the perfect home base for your mid-coast Maine getaway.

The home features a spacious covered porch and a second-floor deck—ideal for morning coffee, catching ocean breezes, or stargazing at night. In the backyard, an inviting patio with a firepit and string lights sets the scene for cozy evenings, while the gas grill makes it easy to enjoy fresh local seafood or a relaxed family cookout.

Inside, a bright, coastal-inspired layout welcomes you. Enter through the newly added mudroom, complete with ample hooks and cubbies to keep gear organized. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range and generous breakfast bar and opens to a dining room with a large table perfect for meals, puzzles, and card games. The sunny living room offers comfortable seating and a smart TV (fireplace is decorative only). A 3/4 bathroom with a shower is located on the main floor, and a full-size washer and dryer are available in the basement.

Upstairs are four inviting bedrooms—three with queen beds and one with bunk beds—along with a full bathroom with a tub/shower. The second-floor deck is accessed from a hallway that doubles as a small workspace.
