The property manager was responsive and we really like them, but prospective renters should carefully read the fine print before booking.There is far too much to detail about our experience, but several concerns stood out. Privacy was an issue, and the home had a number of maintenance problems (Ac is the owners timer) and bugs. The bedroom layout is not ideal for adults, as two of the bedrooms are better suited for small children and offer very limited closet space.It was also unusual to discover that the owner occupies the property when it is not rented. Many drawers and storage areas were filled with the owner's personal belongings, which made the space feel less like a vacation rental and more like someone's private residence with photos of family on walls . Overall, we felt there were several important details that were not clearly communicated prior to our stay.
