Stayed for a long weekend to celebrate 75th birthday with friends from elementary school. Location was perfect. The unit is huge and well kept. Beds were very comfortable. Parking was on the street but we had no trouble finding a spot. Enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch. Loved it and will definitely stay there again if I'm back in Buffalo!

Great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable couches. Only downside for the lower level were the thin walls/hardwood floors upstairs. A family with toddlers and a dog stayed upstairs and we could hear everything (kid toys) and a lot of running.Overall great location and smooth place to stay! Just something to consider — book the upper level if available.

We went to Buffalo for my son's wedding. This was the perfect place for us. Very spacious, comfortable couches, new kitchen and bathroom, great little space for shoes and coats and a great porch where we enjoyed coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. There's a little coffee bar and there were cold bottles of water in the fridge waiting for us. We also appreciated how very clean it was. It's near a large park where my son went jogging and it's a short walk on a sidewalked street to dollar general in case you need to get some supplies. Would absolutely stay here again.

The property is an older home which has been wonderfully renovated with new white woodwork around doorways, baseboards, and windows. Both the bathroom and kitchen have had a complete lovely modern renovation. The kitchen had everything a person could possibly need during their stay. With four comfortable recliners in the living room, one could put up their feet and enjoy TV viewing after a busy day of touring. We enjoyed our stay in Buffalo!
