The condo was very clean and exactly what was portrayed on the website. The communication was very timely and helpful. Beautiful ocean front location with amazing views from the balcony. The location is very nice for those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the center of town. Check in/out was very smooth, instructions were very thorough and made everything so easy. If we ever get the chance to travel back to IOP we would definitely stay here again.

Ocean was visible from Room. Because of beach erosion , you had to go to neighboring property to access the Beach. Pool was nice but not heated this time of year

気になった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
We chose this property because of its proximity to the beach. As you can see by the images in the listing, the beach comes right up to the property making for easy and quick access. Upon arrival, we quickly learned that was not the case at all. A massive beach erosion project is underway that was not prominently disclosed in the listing. The walk out to the water's edge takes 20 minutes and you must traverse 2 "hills" of sand and cross piping with all of your gear. Thank goodness my elderly mother did not travel with us as she would have never been able to make the walk.We contacted the property management company immediately via VRBO messaging then by text with no response. I then called and was told that they knew nothing of the project (which later turned out to be a lie) and they would get back to me. The response back was via text stating that they did know the extent of the project and I was pointed to boiler plate language deep within the listing stating they aren't always notified of work nor are they required to notify their occupants (well that is a terrible way to do business!). I then asked to speak with a manager. That request was made 3 times, 3 days agoand I still have not heard from someone. I also called back twice the same day and a message stated "no representatives available".I would not recommend working with management group as their communication is horrendous and I would not recommend staying in this unit until the beach project is complete.
