The pool area with separate children's pool is protected by a green hedge so that the very young guests cannot accidentally fall into the water. This is what your holiday complex offers: 45 residential units, WiFi only in the pool area Activities: Communal outdoor pool 200 sqm (open from the end of May to mid-September, pool is closed at lunchtime, depending on the weather). Activities nearby: On the approx. 8-10 km long and wide sandy beach, a wide entertainment program is offered free of charge for 3 hours every day in the morning and in the afternoon. This appeals to children, teenagers and adults alike. There is also the opportunity to do all kinds of water sports (for a fee). For example, rent a pedal boat, surfboard or even a sailboat. There are also fields for beach volleyball, football, tennis and bocce on the wide beach To be paid on site if desired (pre-reservation is mandatory if required, please specify when booking): 1 beach package (= 1 parasol + 1 deck chair + 1 sunbed; from May 17th to September 21st, 2025) approx. € 70.00 per week (or approx. EUR 13.50 per day for less than 7 days). Final cleaning: you must do this yourself (including garbage disposal, kitchen cleaning and floor cleaning). It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. (Youth) groups only on request. Bring your own towels. If you are bringing a dog, the vaccination certificate must be presented upon arrival. Final cleaning by the guest.
