Sleeping Arrangements
After a full day outdoors, each guest will appreciate having a comfortable, calming space to rest. The home features a king bedroom with its own en-suite, plus three queen bedrooms, each offering a quiet retreat for a peaceful night’s sleep. Two additional twin beds provide great flexibility—perfect for children, teens, or friends who prefer their own sleeping space. Every corner of the home is arranged with comfort in mind, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home.

Rural Living – What to Know
This home sits in a serene rural setting, offering the charm and quiet you expect from lake life. The home operates on a private well for water and
a septic system for waste—both very common in countryside communities. The well provides fresh, filtered water straight from underground, and the septic system works smoothly with simple care by flushing only toilet paper. These systems help maintain the natural beauty of the area and support the peaceful environment that makes this home special.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals with ease, including cookware, utensils, a K-Cup coffee maker. The dining area blends seamlessly with the kitchen, creating a comfortable space for mealtime gatherings.

To help you settle in, we provide a small kitchen starter set, a few basics like trash bags, a sponge, a kitchen towel, and a roll of paper towels. These are meant to get you off to a good start rather than stock the home for your entire stay. Guests often bring along or pick up additional items based on their plans, ensuring they have everything needed for meals and comfort throughout their visit.

Living Room + Lower-Level Movie Theater & Game Area
The main living room welcomes you with abundant natural light and a cozy atmosphere, complete with a Smart TV for movie nights or relaxed evenings at home. Downstairs, enjoy your own movie theater featuring wonderful reclining theater seats—perfect for watching movies with friends and family. The lower level is also equipped with a game area stocked with pool play, ping pong, darts, and more, giving everyone an extra space to unwind, hang out, and have fun.

Bathrooms & Laundry
Each bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with the essentials to help you begin your stay comfortably. You’ll find hand soap, makeup wipes, travel-size shampoo and soap, and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Fresh bed linens and one bath towel per guest are also provided. A washer and dryer are available for your use—simply bring your preferred detergent.

We kindly remind guests that these items are provided as a starter kit to get you settled in, not a fully stocked supply for the duration of your stay. Think of it as a warm welcome to get you through your first day or two, after that, you can customize your stay with whatever additional items you prefer.

Reliable wireless internet is available throughout the home, making it easy to work remotely or stream your favorite shows. But don’t forget to take in the quiet charm of lake life, sometimes disconnecting is the best part of being here.

The large gravel driveway offers generous parking space for your vehicles.
