The oversized screened lanai surrounds a bean-shaped private pool, framed by grassy areas that give the space an open, breezy feel. A shaded overhang provides a table for four and a chaise lounge — perfect for sipping morning coffee, reading in the afternoon, or winding down after a swim. Back inside, the dining table for eight makes gathering effortless, while the nearby kitchen features light wood cabinetry, gray countertops, and a cozy breakfast nook with seating for three, ideal for quick bites before heading out.



The living room continues the classic Florida styling with a smart TV and comfortable couch and loveseat in rattan-style coral and beige stripes, creating a cheerful space to relax after a day of adventure. For a little extra fun, the garage doubles as a game zone with a pool table, perfect for friendly competition. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, an accent chair, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 is Mickey and Minnie Mouse themed and includes 2 twin size beds.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available.

o No street parking or parking on grass.

o Commercial vehicle's allowed during daylight hours only.

o No blocking sidewalks.

• Single level home.

• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 pets may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $35 per day that is not included in your final booking cost, this does not cover damages. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
