Outstanding home. Loved this place. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Host was right on with everything we needed. Lots of room with kitchen, dining room and living room all open. It could easily entertain 25 people in main room. However..... beware...., owners arbitrarily and unreasonably restrict the entire place to 15 people, so no entertaining guests (owners don't distinguish between socializing and partying). A shame, because it would be such a nice place to share with friends and family.

We're happy our guest enjoyed our home - we put a lot of work into making it perfect! For future guests - it's not "arbitrarily & unreasonably restricted." Pittsburgh has rules on max capacity that we abide by, as well as for the safety & comfort of our neighbors and neighborhood. 25 people and the potential for 25 vehicles creates a lot of bad optics on the neighborhood, and as highly responsible hosts, we'd like to avoid that. To our guest it could be a family gathering - to our neighbor it looks like a party. We look forward to welcoming you!
