This property was amazing. The view was unbelievable. The house was spacious with everything needed for a short or extended stay. With secure parking and being close to everything, could have not found a better place for a trip.
Ver comfortable with plenty of space for the family. The view was amazing. Checking in and out was seamless and communication was great. Highly recommend it.
Highly recommend. Very, clean and close to all activities downtown. We had a blast and this was a great spot for all our activities, Springsteen, Pirates and Steelers. Wonderful father/son weekend!!
This property is amazing! Far exceeded my expectations especially the view from the decks looking out over the city. Rooms were clean & spacious. Beds & pillows were comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Ample parking on a quiet street. It took more that a day for the air conditioning to cool the house so I recommend asking the owners to turn it on prior to your arrival.
This house was the perfect size for a large group. It was nice to enjoy morning coffee on the deck overlooking Pittsburgh. It was a quick drive to the strip and flats. Our only complaint is the bedding and mattresses could be a better quality.
Your home was a wonderful gathering location for our family to stay at for our son's graduation from Point Park University! The main floor was ideal for gathering all 12 of us for meals and to visit with one another and the view is amazing. The home was immaculate and welcoming. Thank you!
Very clean and easy to deal with! We were thrilled with our stay! Some minor construction noise during the day but overall perfect for our group to stay and watch March madness games. Struggled with watching tv due to us/canadian streaming restrictions but the host helped us find a work around. Look forward to coming back in the summer to watch a baseball or football game.
Property was modern, a little beat up but in overall good condition. Neighborhood isn’t walkable to anywhere really without pretty steep hills to walk up and down and high traffic areas. There are a lot of stairs and beautiful views from the porch but more comfortable furniture out there would be nice. Our biggest issue was malfunctioning AC. The property owner tried to have someone fix it but was a bit slow in responses. While it was very hot outside and we understand systems having trouble, the line was frozen outside and not working to cool a large three story home at all. With further inspection and review, this was an issue for another recent rental as well. The owner pointed us to VERY small and ineffective cooling fans and two box fans in the property. Even after he had someone in the unit for several hours who stated it was fixed, it was certainly not and frozen again the next morning. While we appreciated the refund offered it did place a damper on the trip. On the way out we ran into the cleaning lady whom we warned about the temperature. She stated it has been a problem in BOTH units. So, proceed with caution for bandaid fixes. Seems like proper heat may also be a problem as there were also a lot of personal heaters in the closets.
The property on the inside is wonderful. Ample light, beautiful ceiling to floor wide windows in one the main floor and nice views. The kitchen is well stocked and generous space to navigate with multiple people.
The downside is the lack of parking. It would be difficult for more than two cars to be parked.
Additionally, while each bathroom is nicely appointed, during our two nights stay, we endured cool to cold showers. Apparently, there was an issue with the hot water in the bathrooms.
Still, would recommend this home as a nice place to stay. We would have loved to enjoy time on the deck and take in the awesome views.
We visited Pittsburgh to see the Rangers vs Penguins game. The house was walking distance to the arena, just be aware that it’s an uphill walk on the way back to the house and some of our group struggled. Uber and Lyft easily took us to other locations around town. The house was clean and well-appointed. We had all the utensils, pans, plates and bowls needed to make and serve breakfast for 11 people. We were out for all of our other meals, but feel we could’ve easily made other large meals in the kitchen. Views from the back deck were pretty cool. Everyone was comfortable. Thomas was an excellent communicator and host. We will definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves in the Pittsburgh area.
We had a lovely stay in this newly built 4-story townhouse. It had all modern appliances and fixtures, and even had colored party lighting in the kitchen and fireplace. The large picture windows and decks have a spectacular view of the city below. But it also has window shades for privacy (except the half bath, which is a little uncomfortable.) The kitchen was well stocked, including coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and oil. It also had laundry detergent sheets (I had never heard of), dryer sheets, and an iron and ironing board. When we had a small problem operating the fireplace, they came and fixed it immediately. The only drawback was that the neighborhood had trash laying around. And the roads getting back and forth to the strip district (7 minutes away) are confusing for newcomers.
The home is amazing. We were a group of 8 and the home was perfect. It is well laid out, everything we needed was available (the coffee and creamer - chef’s kiss). If we had questions they replied immediately. This was a great home, the views gave it the extra special touch.
