This private two bedroom, one bathroom Atherton ADU is newly renovated with a full kitchen, a washer dryer, and new hardwood floors. It is newly furnished with Crate & Barrel furniture. The ADU has gated entry and features two uncovered parking spaces. There is a small backyard patio for the sole usage of the tenants. Super convenient to downtown Menlo Park, Menlo College, Stanford, and downtown Palo Alto.
