This property was perfect for the get away we needed. The pictures were on point. The host was very nice and communication was easy. Walking into town is about 5 blocks. Coming to brevard is a breath of fresh air. We wanted to go see the waterfalls but it rained most of our week. So, we will be back.

This condominium is brand new, clean, and in a convenient location near downtown Brevard. We walked up town every day where there is access to the walking path, great for exploring the town. We were lucky to catch the opening of the White Squirrel Festival on our stay. The condo kitchen is well furnished with everything you need for your stay including an ice maker. Large flat screen Roku TV was nice too! The back deck is covered with and has seating with a small table, so a great place to hang out even when rains. Mary was an excellent host, very responsive and considerate. I would stay again if I have the opportunity.
