Shared pool, putting green, 2 kayaks and paddleboard. Bay access across the street. Gated property with privacy fencing. Full kitchen, A/C, laundry, 2-car garage. Note: main house may be booked by another party — pool and grounds shared, but completely separate entrances and private indoor spaces. Sleeps 6 guests comfortably.
