The address to our room is on a separate property from where you check in at. I have had in the past Verbo with codes to get in to your rooms where this one you needed a private pass key. To obtain that pass key and check-in is on a whole different property which was way confusing to get to, to get access to Wi-Fi was a problem, to use the phone to get a hold of guest services for the Read Canyon resort complex nonexistent nobody answered it. We had a few problems that we had to address. Other than the checking in the property we stayed out was great. It was very clean. We had a pool but with no water, I don’t know if it was still under construction, but that was not a big deal. But with the listing it showed that we had that access to our own pool. For the most part there is great clean quiet close the Tuachan and snow canyon. Which made this very convenient. The room has no kitchen at the properties are way from any big restaurants or food places. Luckily there was a convenient store down the road from us and a little shopping area with Little mix joint and something else we did not see the properties for that.
