It is a very small condo, but very clean and very well taken care of. We stayed there with two adults, a 15 year old boy and a 12 year old boy. There is a king bed and a hide-away couch. The two boys just fit on the couch bed. The condo is a little old, but in excellent condition and lovely bathroom and decor in the home. It is great for a couple who are traveling, or a family with two children. Note that if you have mobility issues, there is no guaranteed parking near the condo and there is a set of cement stairs you need to descend to get to the condo. I have a bad knee and made it down okay, but took my time.

This space was a perfect home away from home forme and my little family of 4. We had everything we needed to feel right at home. We were able to cook meals there and enjoy them in the patio area or the dining area. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Property as described. It is a little dated but very clean and cared for. Lovely space and the view was so enjoyable. We cooked a couple meals in and found everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here many times and really enjoy it. We love the patio downstairs looking out for the Valley the accommodations have everything we needed. We will be back again next September.

This is a great property in a very quiet area. The clubhouse and pool are close and they are clean and we'll maintained. The condo is perfect for a couple to stay.

What a wonderful place! Only had a few days but could have spent a lifetime. Terrific views to the east, catching both sunrises and sunsets. Breakfast and coffee on the patio was an immediate favorite. Perfect getaway place for a couple... Place is small but so well equipped and layout is so good that it felt both cozy and spacious. I only did breakfasts, but despite being small, kitchen was very well equipped - I didn't have any issues finding anything I needed. This place is immediately at the top of my list for my next visit to this area!

It was a nice place. great location beautiful view. We were very disappointed to find the place has bed bugs My Daughter was extremely bitten and allergic she had to see a DR. and missed a week of work due to the discomfort of itching and being covered from head to toe with bites. My sister was also bitten. We received a partial refund for our stay. The Host said they would take care of the problem. But we have been checking and the place has been available to rent. We have been traumatized by the experience and would caution anyone to check for these issues in any rental before putting your belongings in the rental. Thank you.

As soon as this guest told us about the bed bugs I apologized for this as it is something we as hosts have no control over. We take diligent effort to keep our unit clean and our guests certainly agree in the positive reviews we receive. But unfortunately we cannot control what guests might bring into our rental. We do regular preventative pest maintenance but we were unaware of any bug issue until these guests let us know. As soon as they did, I asked her what I could do to make it right. She asked for a refund, which I immediately sent to her. I told her we would mitigate the problem right away, which we did. We had the rental fumigated, heat treated, sprayed, replaced bedding etc. There are no more bugs. Once we were given the all clear, we opened up the rental reservation availability. Unfortunately we did not have any control over this problem, but as soon as we knew about it we fixed it. My daughter who used to run a 5 star hotel said even they used to get bed bugs occasionally in their rooms and had to mitigate them. So bottom line, it can happen but we did resolve it. Everything is clean, sanitized and bug free.

We Love the St. George area! We have been going there for years and we were super excited when we were able to buy our own condo in Sports Village! It's such a beautiful, peaceful place! Part of the reason we wanted to purchase a condo there is because Sports Village has so much to offer- you will never be bored! Also there is so much to do and see in and around the St. George area, all the amazing State and National Parks, the geography is 2nd to nowhere else in the world! And the golfing, hiking and biking etc. are phenomenal as well! So much to do - and yet just relaxing is part of the ambiance of this wonderful condo!
