Family Pool and Kiddie Pool heated and open Feb 14 thru Dec 1. (closed winter)

Pickleball, Tennis, Racquetball, Basketball, Volleyball, Shuffleboard
Equipment provided for all activities

FREE BIKE STORAGE available on request.

Both pools are closed for winter, Dec 1 thru Feb 14.

Cozy Catcus Condo was exactly as described. Cute little place in a great location. Niel was great with answering all of our questions and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. The Cliffside was amazing. We will definitely stay there again.

Excellent spot for 2 people. Beautifully clean, comfortable and well appointed. Convenient location for recreation on all neighboring public lands and parks. Walk to the pool, hot tub and clubhouse. Host was wonderful.

This was our second two-night stay here in a month. It’s a very tidy little condo in a nice complex. Kitchen is well equipped though there is no dishwasher. Self-check-in was easy and the place was very clean.

Very tidy one bedroom condo. Comfortable queen size bed and quite well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the adults only pool area and loved the hot tub after our golf.We liked it enough to book it again in March.

We didn’t get to spend a lot of time at the property because we were mostly out and about hiking but it was definitely a great place to come back to at the end of the day. It’s small but we had everything we needed. It was great for two people. The view off of the patio was beautiful. We did manage to get some pickle ball in the morning we checked out and feel bad we couldn’t have spent more time at the pool and such as the amenities looked great. All in all it was a great experience. The host was very communicative and welcoming.
