DUN-09 - Modern apartment with balcony - Residence Düne III in Boltenhagen

This bright and modern apartment on the first floor of the residence, featuring a south-facing balcony, is ideal for a vacation where everything is within easy reach. The town center—with its restaurants, spa gardens, and shopping—is just a few minutes’ walk away. The Dünenmeile and the kilometer-long sandy beach are less than 100 meters away.
The combined living/dining room features a cozy seating area with a comfortable double sleeper sofa and an armchair with a footstool, as well as a 40-inch smart TV, a stereo system, and a DVD player. The open and fully equipped built-in kitchen includes, among other things, a dishwasher, a four-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven, and a built-in microwave. The separate bedroom features a modern box-spring bed with two separate mattresses—each measuring 90 cm x 200 cm. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet, as well as a hair dryer and an illuminated mirror.
Free Wi-Fi, a private parking space, and bike storage right in front of the residence, as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers in the basement—and last but not least, the on-site sauna—round out the amenities for a perfect vacation!



Residence Düne III features 12 comfortably furnished vacation apartments, each with its own balcony or terrace. Our vacation apartments, which accommodate up to 4 people, are ideal for family vacations. You can relax in the on-site communal sauna (for a fee) when the weather isn’t ideal for a day at the beach. There’s also a laundry room in the building’s basement equipped with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. A parking lot and a bike rack are located right in front of the building. Our reception desk at the Seestern Residence is located directly across the street. There, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cribs, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety plugs for electrical outlets and child-sized toilet seats are available free of charge at the reception desk upon request. Next to the reception desk, you’ll also find a wide variety of restaurants. The kilometer-long sandy beach, the pier, and the town center—with its cafés, ice cream shops, and picturesque spa gardens—are also just a stone’s throw away.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
