This family-friendly holiday rental measures 86 m². Spread over two floors, it features a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, and a southeast-facing balcony. It’s just 100 m from the kilometer-long Baltic Sea beach.

The sunny 3-room holiday apartment is located on the second floor. You can reach the third level in the attic via the staircase. In the living area, a flat-screen TV and a radio with a CD player provide entertainment. A small selection of books and films is also available to you. On the southeast-facing balcony, you can reflect on the day.

The kitchenette is integrated into the living area. It is equipped with a stove, oven, 4-burner cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, and much more. The cosy dining table seats 6 people. A tiled bathroom (2nd floor) with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet is, of course, included. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking holiday rental.

The tiled bedroom on the lower level of the holiday apartment (2nd floor) features a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a 3-door wardrobe. You can darken the room with curtains.

The attic level features the second shower room with a toilet and a small sitting area with a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom, which has carpeted floors, is also located here. It offers sleeping accommodation in the form of four single beds (each 90 x 200 cm). The bedroom features a second flat-screen TV for entertainment.

Villa Augusta is located in the centre of Boltenhagen. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available on the property. Free parking spaces are available at the house.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bedding and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without making the beds).

Villa Augusta is located in a very central location, right on Ostseeallee in Boltenhagen. It’s the ideal starting point for your Boltenhagen holiday, with easy access to all amenities in the centre. The fine sandy beach is also just 200 metres away.

Each apartment comes with a designated outdoor parking space right next to the building.

Villa Augusta has a total of 14 apartments, some of which are available for holiday rentals. The two- and three-bedroom apartments at Villa Augusta, which accommodate five to six people, are comfortable and individually furnished, and each offers an additional space for relaxation on its own balcony or terrace. Some of the three-room apartments are spread over two floors. All apartments feature a spacious living-dining area, either with an integrated kitchenette or a separate kitchen.
In keeping with Villa Augusta’s central location, small shops are located on the ground floor of the building.
