We had a wonderful stay at this cozy oasis the night before visiting Penn State with my son! The home was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making it the perfect place to relax and recharge before our campus visit. The thoughtful touch of welcome snacks was especially appreciated and made us feel right at home. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the location was very convenient, with easy access to the highway. The check-in and check-out processes were also simple and hassle-free, which made our stay even more enjoyable.We truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. This home was exactly what we needed for our college visit, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the Penn State area. We would happily stay here again on our next trip! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!

This was a great find and the perfect location for several members of our family that had gathered for a reunion.We had two air-conditioned bedrooms with king beds, and a great kitchen set up for making meals as we needed. Emily was very responsive to our questions as we navigated new technology. They have done a great job with remodeling this property.

Very cute, modern, and clean apartment. It’s open enough to make the area feel spacious. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. For the horse enthusiasts, it’s about 20 minutes from Kochers show grounds. Hosts responsive to questions and offered nice extra touches throughout. Definitely will be back.

The Cozy Oasis was wonderful. Our son is a freshman at PSU, and we stayed here so we didn’t have to do the move in process all in one day. It worked out perfectly. The home was very clean and well-appointed. Emily was incredibly responsive and helpful. The beds were spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked. Even though we were only there for two days, we did use the dryer because we were soaked from the downpours during move in. Thanks for providing a cozy place to relax in between the crazy of move in!

This property was warm and inviting, the hosts extremely responsive to our requests and very convenient to the Penn State campus. The kitchen is clean and modern and remarkably well equipped. We also enjoyed cooking on the gas grill conveniently located by the back door. Morning coffee was a pleasure, with a double Keurig coffee machine, which makes both single cups or a full pot. There was even an assortment of flavored syrups on hand!The bathroom boasts a whirlpool tub and a luxurious shower, which was thoughtfully stocked with shampoo, conditioner & body wash. During our stay, there was a small snafu with a beeping smoke detector. The host came out to take care of it immediately, and later brought us a beautiful fruit tart as an apology for any inconvenience it may have caused us. I highly recommend this property, and I thank Emily and her husband for making our stay so comfortable!!
