Great cottage in the rural idyll of the hills of Gascony.



The gently rolling relief of the landscape here has earned it the nickname "French Tuscany". Her pretty property is right in the middle of it, in the hamlet of Péchambert. Here you will find everything you need for a relaxing vacation with friends or family. The beautiful stone building has 3 bedrooms, two of which have access to a private balcony and a sublime view of the valley and the swimming pool. Outside, enjoy the pool and barbecue facilities.



Follow the traces of Romanesque art among hills and forests, don't miss Saint-Maurin Abbey and be seduced by the charm of the priories of Layrac and Moirax. 25 km away, to the delight of young and old, you can spend a day at the amusement park Walygator or at Aqualand in Agen, one of the most famous water parks in the entire southwest.

Great landhouse with a big swimming pool

Beautifull landhouse with big well equipped rooms, kitchen and swimming pool. The owner is helpfull and wellcoming. Only some minor issues with limited television channels and the pump of the swimming pool was broken.
