Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung bietet ein Ambiente zum Wohlfühlen in sehr zentraler Lage. Man ist in 5 Minuten im Zentrum oder am Strand. Parken ist ein Problem. Die Duplexgarage (unteres Deck) ist für heutige PKW Modelle nicht benutzbar, da zu niedrig. In ca. 300 Meter Entfernung kann man aber kostenlos parken. Dieser Missstand müsste eigentlich eine geringere Miete bedeuten.
