The 75 m² property features a living room with sofa, a loft with mattress, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating 4 or 5 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with workspace, fan, heating, washing machine, TV, as well as books and toys for children. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee. A cot and high chair are available on request.
The 500 m² outdoor area offers a shared pool, garden, covered terrace, and barbecue. There is one parking space on the property and free street parking. Families with children are welcome. Parties are not allowed. One small dog is permitted, but it must not be left alone in the house.
