Stock up the refrigerator and enjoy preparing everyone's favorite recipes in the open, well-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. Dine together or bring a few board games to the nearby table with four counter stools. On relaxing days or quiet nights, kick back on the matching leather sofas in the living area to read a new novel, listen to music, or socialize. Cute and spacious. Somethings were lacking inside but managed fine. The yard was the biggest issue and very disappointing. It was full of tall weeds, bees and wasps everywhere. We were not able to let the kids play outside.

Perfect place to enjoy all that the area has to offer. Second stay at this property for fall fishing and it’s a beautiful home with plenty of room for your boat if you’re looking to explore the local waters!

Great stay, perfect relax

We loved the house, the location, the nature around us. Really great stay, kids could play outside. Beach is few minutes drive, very close to dune trails.

Overall it was nice! The place has so much potential, just needs more dishes, drinking glasses and updated cookware. There was only 3 of us and we had to handwash most of everything in order to eat the next meal. If you're not planning on cooking much then that won't be an issue. The house could have been a tad cleaner; we found some human hair in the bathrooms and even some on the sheets however very minimal compared to other places we have rented. Out of the 2 tall drinking glasses the one was cracked stored in the cupboard, likely from a previous renter. I did message the host and was responded back quickly by the rental agency, so they seem to be very quick in responding and wanting to fix any problems though this was minor. The washer and dryer are modern and newer, easy to use, Happy with that. Great location and we did have an amazing time!

Nice location and clean

This home is close to Esch beach, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Glen Haven. New construction and is laid out well and is in great condition. We enjoyed our stay.

Not sure why it’s asking me about skiing in October but I do ski and would probably try to find closer lodging to Cabernet or Crystal Mountain if I was. I was up to fish the local area lakes and am coming back again the 21st through 24th to fish some more. Home is beautiful and located close to all the beautiful things in the area that make it perfect for everything from fishing to biking, hiking and sightseeing! Wonderful location!

Beautiful, clean, secluded home :-)

We loved our getaway to Sleeping Bear Dunes! This property was extremely clean and a new construction, super conveniently located near multiple beaches and national seashore. We absolutely loved Esch beach and hiking trails including the dune climb. Lovely roadside farm stands nearby for fresh eggs and produce. The kitchen is large and made it easy for meal prep. Refreshing time in a beautiful and secluded location in woods.

Beautiful comfy home

This was a great house. Very clean and comfy. It’s close to all the beaches and towns. The only issue we had was the management never returning our messages in regards to an ant infestation in the kitchen. It was bad enough that we had to go out and buy traps, but they really didn’t help.

Great private location. Over all clean. Poor customer service.

Check in was fairly easy. Home was clean and furnished nicely. Unfortunaelty on the first morning we noticed coffee pot was missing and fire pit was unkept (18 inch weeds around it) so called and asked for a coffee pot and for the fire pit to be mowed. We stayed 4 nights and 5 days and neither of the items were taken care of even after a second phone call request. I'm a veteran and came for my anniversary. Could have been a 5 star rating if customer service would have been attended to.
