Pagosa Springs is a family favorite. Our children and their families visit Pagosa Springs through out the year. We often have family gatherings in Pagosa Springs. We love the year round outdoor activities, skiing, sledding and snowboarding in winter and hiking, biking and fishing in summer.

What makes this property unique

Pines Condo Properties is a wonderful spot to own a condo. In the morning, you can sit on the deck and watch hot air balloons take off and land. Take a walk around the Pagosa Lake Properties on the walking and biking paths that surround the uptown area.
