Palm Breeze Paradise is your private, resort-style escape in Secret Hills, a peaceful private community in Jacksonville. Step into a lush tropical backyard sanctuary with a sparkling pool and spa-style nook, sun deck loungers, a covered patio for coffee or tea, and a secluded gazebo tucked behind greenery. Inside, enjoy bright, modern comfort with upscale touches made for slow mornings and cozy nights. Centrally located for easy access to beaches, downtown, golf, shopping, and top dining.

The space
Enjoy a tropical backyard oasis with a private pool, spa style nook, sun deck loungers, covered patio, and a secluded gazebo lounge. Inside you will find large TVs in every bedroom, and a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, cutlery, and helpful appliances and electronics.

Sleeping setup is simple and flexible, sleeps up to 8. It includes a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a queen bedroom, a full size bunk bed room with a twin trundle, plus a modular sofa with chaise that can be arranged as a sofa bed.

Guest access
Guests will have full private access to the entire home and backyard, including the pool area, gazebo lounge, sun deck, and covered patio. Check in is easy with a smart lock and you will receive a unique code before arrival. Parking is available in the two car driveway only. Street parking is not allowed in the neighborhood.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
You may leave used towels and bedding in a pile in each room. No need to start laundry — we’ll take care of washing after you check out.
Place all trash in bags and tie them securely. Put all bagged trash inside the blue bin found on the right side of the property.
“Before you head out, we kindly ask that any used dishes are placed in the dishwasher. It helps us get the home ready for the next guests. Thank you for taking such great care of the space!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time, especially outdoors. No Fireworks!

No Parties or Events Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed on the property.
