Welcome to this adorable, ranch-style, single-family home in Dodds Addition South Rehoboth Beach! Conveniently situated between Rehoboth and Dewey, you are just a walk or short drive to either beach these amazing towns have to offer. This is a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. Delight yourself with meals alfresco in the screened porch furnished with an eight-person outdoor dining area and a comfortable lounge area. Warm-weather barbecues are ideal, thanks to the gas grill available. Although there is a fenced yard for the doggies, there is no entrance from the home to this area. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know Linens are provided as part of your vacation rental and the beds are made to prepare for your arrival. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The location is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with a 5 minute bike ride or 20-25 min walk to the beach. But in full disclosure, we had issues with the wifi (the wrong login information was provided), the couch was disappointingly uncomfortable, and the toilet handle in the hallway was broken - not what I expected for what we were paying.
