It falls short of the standard we hold, and these issues should have been caught during our turnover process and resolved promptly when you reported them. The lack of timely response from the local team is frustrating, and we're sorry you had to troubleshoot the bathroom lock yourself. We've shared all of this feedback with our housekeeping, maintenance, and property management teams so they can review and improve. We also appreciate the note about the finicky front door keypad.
