Rehoboth Vacation at the Palms

Great stay!

Property was perfect and right in the middle of all the action! Lots of traffic which was a pain but great property, pool and location.

Overall very relaxing vacation!

Overall, a really positive stay in Rehoboth! Some positives of the experience include: -easy and uncomplicated check in and check out process -floors have been upgraded from the carpets in the pictures, which was a nice surprise -easy and available parking -community pool was a perk for our family -easy to coordinate with extended family who got their own unit closely -quick drive to the beach -beach gear was available for use (we had forgotten a lot of things so it was appreciated!) -keyless entry was nice so we didn't have to carry and hand off a key while on vacation! -one of the best surprises was that there is a quiet and shady trail behind the outlets across the street where we ran daily-- seems like a hidden gem but if you are a runner or biker, it's not to be overlooked! Some feedback to be considered: -The double size bed had a frame that moved a lot so I had trouble sleeping. -We had to rewash a bunch of the dishes that had been put away with food stuck to them. -The place looked very clean when we entered but the floor could definitely use a. good mopping-- we had to wear our flip flops around the place all week because the bottom of our feet would get dirty from walking across the floor. Overall, I'd recommend for someone to stay here :)

Wonderful Beach Condo!

This was a wonderful beach condo 8 min from downtown shops and boardwalk, right next to a crab shack, and across the street from the Outlets! Would definitely use it again!

Good central location

The condo is in a convenient location for restaurants and shopping centers. It is a 5-6 minute drive to the boardwalk of Rehoboth Beach. There seems to be a mix of residents and visitors in the apartment complex. We had no problems. It was a comfortable place to stay.

Relaxing Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is very clean and well organized. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities for cooking for a family of 4 the bedrooms and bathroom were very clean. Overall it was the perfect size for our family. The condo is conveniently located to the outlets, downtown Rehoboth, and Lewes. My family really enjoyed our vacation and look forward to coming back!

Great condo, fully equipped kitchen, nice pool. Only criticism is the ceiling fan in the bedroom, needed to be adjusted, noisy.

Great spring break getaway

My family was looking to enjoy our spring break with with mini vacation. We had never been to Rehoboth Beach and we really enjoyed our time. The property was centrally located so we could explore the surrounding towns and allowed us plenty of dining options. Thank you!

Very nice property

Great place!

Really nice and well kept condo. Easy access. Nice location for access to Outlet shopping. We had a winter stay so we didn’t use the pool or the balcony but it all looked like it would be great in the summer. Super quick drive over to Rehoboth Main Street area. Recommend!

Girls' Weekend

Condo was conveniently located and easy to find. Kitchen is very well stocked. Property owner was responsive to questions and checked in after our first night to make sure everything was ok. We did not get to use the pool due to the weather but looks very nice.

The beach was further away than anticipated, and the lock box is out dated

The area seemed to be safe and there was a lot of shopping and restaurants. The condo could have been a little cleaner especially the carpets. The lock box needs replaced, it is outdated and we were unable to get it to close when we left, tried calling the owner 2 times. We had to leave and lock the keys inside due to, having to make it back home for work. The condo was very well stocked with the essentials and easy to find. We enjoyed our trip and the time away.
