Eine ganz tolle Wohnung in einer ruhigen Sackgasse gelegen. Kurzer Fußweg zu 2 verschiedenen Bushaltestellen und ein kurzer Weg zum Strand (Deich-Überfahrt am Beach-Hotel). Der Bäcker ist in 3-4 Gehminuten erreichbar.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, gelegen. Durch die große Fensterfront wirkt der Wohn-Essbereich noch großzügiger. Die Treppe vom Eingang in die Wohnung ist für Menschen mit einer leichten Gehbehinderung etwas schwierig zu Laufen.
