Welcome to the relaxing sun deck! <br><br>Located on the 3rd floor (yet accessible via just 4 steps), the apartment features an exceptionally large, furnished terrace with an awning and panoramic views of the surrounding greenery. The sun shines here until late afternoon, and you can see the Baltic Sea, just 400 meters away—on clear days, the view even extends as far as Timmendorf. Hansapark is also just 200 meters away and promises a great time for the whole family.<br><br>Here’s what you can look forward to:<br>A 24-square-meter terrace with plenty of sun until the afternoon, high-quality lounge furniture, a seating area with a dining table for 4 people, and a large sun awning.<br>A modern and cozy living and dining area, as well as an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, washer-dryer, refrigerator, and kitchenware for 4–6 people.<br>Two tastefully decorated bedrooms, one with large windows opening onto the terrace and a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), and another interior bedroom with a bunk bed (two beds, each measuring 90 cm x 190 cm). A stylish bathroom with a shower tray, hair dryer, storage space, and washer-dryer completes the comfortable living experience.<br>Additional highlights: A small collection of books and games, Wi-Fi (high-speed fiber optic), Smart TV, free parking, and free access to the indoor swimming pool (subject to current conditions). <br><br>Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee during your stay. <br><br>You are welcome to bring a dog along for a fee.<br><br>From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.<br><br>There is a children’s playground on the premises, as well as a swimming pool right next to it.<br>A great highlight: Use of the swimming pool at the Panoramic complex is included for you during your stay!<br><br>The “Sonnendeck” vacation apartment is a non-smoking unit.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The Panoramic apartment complex in Sierksdorf is located near the beach on the Bay of Lübeck and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. The complex features 1- to 3-room vacation apartments for up to 4 people, spread from the first floor up to the 18th floor, easily accessible by elevator or staircase. The elevator goes up to the second-to-last floor; some apartments on the upper floors are accessible only via the staircase. All vacation apartments feature a balcony or terrace, many of which offer wonderful ocean views. <br><br>The complex combines beachfront living with the natural charm of the Baltic Sea: Between spring and late summer, swallows occasionally nest in the upper balcony areas. These protected animals are part of the natural environment; the balconies, of course, remain available for use. <br>Please note that the apartment complex is not wheelchair accessible<br><br>A great perk: Admission to the heated indoor pool at the Panoramic complex is included for our guests during opening hours.<br>There is a playground right on the property, and the tennis court is available for a fee. <br><br>Shopping options are about 2 km away in the town center, and dining options are just 400 m away.
