Gemeinschaftseigentum:

Es müssten hinter dem Haus unbedingt Entladungszonen gebaut werden. Es geht nicht, dass man das schwere Gepäck ums Haus schleppen muss. Weiterhin war es sehr hinderlich, dass die schweren Stahlkellertüren (Fahrradkeller) keine Magnethalterungen besitzen. Es ist nicht möglich, die schweren E- Bikes alleine durch die Türen zu schieben, ohne dass einem die schweren Türen nicht in den Rücken fallen.
