Enjoy the best time of the year in our new, luxurious “Sunset” holiday apartment—which sleeps up to 4 people and spans 58 m²—in the popular holiday town of Duhnen, right at the entrance to the town centre.

The “Sunset” apartment features two cosy bedrooms equipped with high-quality box-spring beds. The modern bathroom, complete with a shower and toilet, ensures your comfort. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

While the kitchen offers a complete set of amenities and full holiday comfort, the dining table and cosy seating area invite you to relax and socialise.

From the balcony, you can enjoy a view of the tourist activity.

Upon request, we can provide you with a travel cot and a high chair.

Of course, we provide Wi-Fi free of charge.

Dogs are not allowed in this apartment.

A garage for your car is available free of charge.

A shared washing machine and dryer on the 2nd floor can be used for a small fee.

Super Lage, gerade für Familien! Wirklich eine schöne, moderne Wohnung. Super praktisch, dass man nicht erst irgendwo den Schlüssel abholen muss! In der Anzeige war allerdings "Whirlpool" angekreuzt- den gibts nicht! Das Bad war recht klein und irgendwie unpraktisch geschnitten- insbesondere wenn man Kindern auf der Toilette noch assistieren muss. Es gibt Waschmaschine und Trockner direkt auf der Etage- braucht man allerdings jeweils 4x1 für jeden Wasch- oder Trockengang. Und wenn jemand die Abends laufen lässt hört man es recht laut in der Wohnung. Insgesamt aber große Empfehlung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Schöne Wohnung, gute Ausstattung und Top Lage. Alles Fussläufig erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden dort und würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Kurzurlaub

Familie ins Auto. Stressfreie Fahrt. Den Schlüssel in die Tür und whuuaaoo..Tolle Wohnung...👌Cuxhafen bei strahlenden Sonnenschein und der ganze Stress wird zur Nebensache. Vielen Dank für die tolle Wohnung . Haben gleich in einer Nachbarwohnung den Urlaub verlängert.

Gästekarten

Leider war es uns nicht möglich die Gästekarten zu nutzen. Wir haben die letzte Nachricht zu den Gästekarten erhalten, wo wir uns schon auf der Heimreisen befanden. Eine Mail wo ich die Mitreisenden eintragen muss hatte ich nicht wie beschrieben erhalten. Solche Dinge kommen nicht gut bei der Kundschaft an. Ansonsten war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in Ihrer Wohnung welche sehr schön und modern eingerichtet ist.

Top Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist die sehr oberflächlich bestückte Küche, da ist wirklich nur das Allernötigste an Inventar vorhanden. Ansonsten kann man die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Ich würde sie definitiv nochmal buchen.
