This luxurious vacation apartment, spanning approximately 80 square meters, boasts a 27-square-meter terrace and invites up to 4 people to enjoy a dream vacation, which you are welcome to share with your pets.

The apartment is newly built and furnished in a very modern and tasteful style.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for preparing delicious meals.

The dining area in the living/dining room seats up to 4 people and features a sofa bed and an armchair for relaxing.

A flat-screen TV and a radio with USB and Bluetooth connectivity are also provided.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one furnished with a box-spring bed and the other with a bunk bed.

The spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub includes a sauna, perfect for relaxing on rainy days.

A bicycle shed provides ample space and protection for your own bicycles.

The apartment also includes: 1x dryer in the utility room.

1x electric vehicle charging point in the garage (for an additional fee).

Unser Urlaub war wunderbar! Wir hatten eine tolle Wohnung! Was much besonders gefreut hat, war die persönliche Begrüßung am Sonntagnachmittag. Auch wurde uns eine Notfallhandynummer übergeben, die wir zum Glück nicht nutzen mussten. Hab ich so auch noch nie erlebt und fand ich sehr gut. WLAN Passwort kam wenige Sekunden nach der Schlüsselübergabe per Mail, dann waren alle glücklich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist für uns perfekt. Direkt am Strand wäre es mir zu laut, weil dort die Segelboote mit ihren Karabinern bei Wind ganz schön Lärm machen. Wir waren 2 Minuten vom Strand weg und das war pure Erholung. Kam Regen oder wir waren fertig kurz zurück in die Wohnung und weiter erholen.

Sehr moderne, großzügig geschnittene Ferienwohnung mit schöner Raumaufteilung und Lage. Die Kutschen der Wattwagenfahrten zur Insel Neuwerk können super von der Wohnung aus beobachtet werden, was besonders für jüngere Kinder ein echtes Highlight darstellt. (und eventuell das Frühstück verlängert :) )

Moderne Wohnung mit bestem Blick für Pferdefans

Sehr gepflegte, moderne Ferienwohnung mit großzügiger Raumaufteilung und sehr guter Ausstattung. Für kleinere Kinder ist das Beobachten der Kutschen der Wattwagenfahrten zur Insel Neuwerk aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster oder vom Balkon sowie das Hochbett ein Highlight.

Das Bett sehr bequem, die Sauna hatte eine sehr gute Größe und wurde auch richtig heiss! Nächstes Mal kommen wir wieder, und bleiben dann länger…!

Das Haus in zentraler Lage und nahe am Strand befindet sich in einem hervorragenden Zustand und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Tiefgarage und der Aufzug direkt zu den Wohnungen sind zudem ein besonderes Angebot, das kaum zu toppen ist. Alles in allem ein Urlaub zum Woohlfühlen.
