The wood-burning stove, with its crackling fire, provides in this cozy atmosphere even in Nordic Schietwettertagen, for cozy hours. The 55 inch Smart TV with HD + and the Internet radio also provide indoor entertainment so that one does not lose touch with reality in this ambience. Reality in this ambience is not completely lost. The veranda around the entire house offers the possibility to always find a wind-protected and to enjoy the time at the sea. The fenced garden adjacent to the terrace in the direction of the fenced garden with a small beach area is the highlight and definitely unique.

A beach chair, garden furniture and two Adirondack chairs with table and footrest are available. The view here falls on the breathtaking water scenery of the Schlei. rivet. The openly arranged kitchen offers at high-quality technology and equipment everything and makes the supposed work a pleasure. Down to the smallest detail lovingly furnished. There is even a children's tableware ready. The terrace directly adjoining the connects the living area with nature and promises sociable barbecue evenings of a special kind with the Ofyr grill or romantic candlelight dinners with dreamlike backdrop and ambient lighting.

For added convenience, there is a guest toilet, as well as a utility room with washing machine, condensation dryer and sink, which completes the first floor.



An impressive spiral staircase leads to the upper floor. Two spacious bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds for four people, guarantee a wonderfully relaxing sleep and beautiful dreams. But does one actually want to sleep with this view...? The reassuring thing is: you wake up with the same dreamlike view. Each bedroom scores especially with the direct access to the balcony and the dreamlike view to the Schlei, as well as a small desk for those who need to do a little work while on vacation.

In front of the house are two private parking spaces and a lockable bike shed with 220V power connection are available. This is rounded off by the electric charging station (Wallbox 11Kw with type 2 plug) for the electric car.
