Through a small entryway, you’ll reach the bright and inviting living area,
. The kitchen is open-concept and equipped with a high-quality built-in kitchen, including a microwave.
. Dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, and pans are provided.
Please note that household supplies such as tea towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc., are not included; please bring these with you.

The focal point on this level will be the large dining table with six chairs.
This is a place where you can enjoy meals and socialise.
The wood-burning stove will add to the cosy atmosphere. It must be fuelled exclusively with wood briquettes!

In the back area, facing the terrace, there is a cosy sofa corner with a TV.
A guest bathroom is also available on the ground floor.

The large, corner-spanning south-facing terrace is furnished with a table, six chairs, and a parasol.

The ground floor features two bedrooms, as well as a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and sauna.
On stormy and/or rainy days, the fully equipped bathroom can become a wellness retreat.

The attic, with its loggia, is a wonderful retreat.
From up here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Wadden Sea.
Here, too, a cosy sofa area with a TV offers a place to relax.
The third bedroom is adjacent.

Underfloor heating throughout the house provides cosy warmth on cool days.

Upon request, a travel cot with a mattress and/or a high chair can be borrowed from the front desk.
Shared washing machines and dryers are available for a fee in our laundry room on the ground floor of House No. 48.

For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire holiday park.

Bachelor and hen nights, as well as similar celebrations, parties, or events, are not permitted in this accommodation.

Please note that charging electric cars at our properties is prohibited for technical and cost reasons. The nearest charging stations are located in the public car park approximately 300 metres away on Mellumweg, as well as in Horumersiel in front of the Tourist Information office and in the car park at EDEKA.

A parking space is available to you free of charge right in front of the house for the duration of your stay.
