Primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite full bath with separate shower secondary bedroom with two queen beds and ensuite full bath/shower combo dining area living space with two full pullout, sofas, full kitchen, air-conditioning TV, electric fireplace, laundry and complimentary Wi-Fi. Guests have access to the Cedar River Lodge outdoor pool into hot tubs. Pool is open year-round free resort shuttle that runs between the Shanty resorts and also into downtown Bellaire shuttle pick up is located at the Cedar River Lodge.

Keycards for pool and hot tub access are $125.00 per lost card
Please leave ski and golf gear in the garage. Equipment is not allowed inside the condo. Do not access the owners closet All food items must be cleared from the refrigerator and freezer upon departure. If you have a service animal, please contact us first as our HOA has rules regarding animals. No open flames grills or firepits on the patio.
