Beautiful Gulf and pond views at Sea Ya Next Tide. This two-bedroom, two full bath condo is part of the Maravilla Resort. The Maravilla is located on the Seawall with quick access to the beach. This unit has a large private balcony where you can watch the beautiful Galveston sunrises. It overlooks the newly remodeled pool & hot tub.

Sea Ya Next Tide has beautiful coastal colors throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped if you choose to dine in. The balcony is well furnished including a table for 6 for nights you choose to dine al fresco overlooking the view. You can wake up to morning coffee with a Keurig or drip coffee maker. The living room features a leather chaise sofa, smart TV and additional chairs and ottomans for seating. Relax in the privacy of the master suite which offers a king bed, wall mounted tv, ensuite bath and a laundry closet with your personal washer and dryer. The guest suite boasts a queen bed making it perfect for two couples to enjoy. In the hallway you will find bunk beds with memory foam mattresses for kids or adults.

Maravilla has wonderful amenities to discover and enjoy while staying at Sea Ya Next Tide that include three pools (one of which is heated), a hot tub, poolside grills, picnic tables, chaise loungers and poolside seating...as well as a volleyball area...all in a relaxing tropical setting. Guests have access to free WiFi in their condo. Looking to keep up your exercise regimen? Take a nice long walk along the Seawall at sunrise.

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

Although we love guests of all ages, you MUST be at least 25 years old to rent Sea Ya Next Tide. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. Laundry located on site and in the unit.

All fees and services subject to 15% tax.

Galveston is an amazing and fun community! There are so many different things to do and see...there truly is something for everyone. Within walking distance you'll find go-carts and miniature golf, fishing and dining at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages, and our local movie theater. Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn. In town, enjoy one of our many fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to international cuisine to some of the best burgers around. If shopping is your thing, visit The Strand and Postoffice where quaint shops and art galleries abound. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or "Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream!" The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country, as well as an historic setting for live theatre. We love our festivals and special events here in Galveston!

We welcome our guests and work diligently to make your experience memorable. Beach Time Vacation Rentals wants our visitors to be able to start their vacation without a hitch. We also have each condo ready with a starter set of essentials including toilet paper for both bathrooms, a roll of paper towels, linens and bath towels, a couple of dishwashing tablets, and a couple of trash bags. Each bathroom has a guest size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
