For shared use: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), garden, swimming pool angular heated (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, central heating system, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 2 km, pebble beach 2.5 km, rocky beach 2.5 km. Tennis 1 km. Groups of teenagers are not allowed.
