The primary suite offers a king bed and spa-style bath, while two queen bedrooms provide comfort and flexibility. Enjoy a serene community with a heated pool and secure parking. Ideal for professionals, relocations, or seasonal stays. 6-month minimum.
Welcome to your private coastal retreat in the highly sought-after Bayport community—where comfort, convenience, and a relaxed Florida lifestyle come together.
This beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is thoughtfully designed for extended stays, offering a bright and open layout with plenty of space to unwind, work, and feel at home. The living area flows seamlessly onto a private balcony with peaceful river views—perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening.
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, ample cabinetry, and a breakfast bar, making it easy to cook and entertain. A dedicated dining area and open living space create a comfortable, inviting atmosphere.
The primary suite serves as a true retreat, complete with a king bed, direct balcony access, and a spacious ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities. Two additional bedrooms offer queen beds, with one providing direct access to the second full bathroom—ideal for guests or a flexible work-from-home setup.
Additional conveniences include in-unit washer and dryer, secure underground garage parking, and a well-maintained, quiet community environment.

Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire residence, including all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the balcony.
As a resident of Bayport, you’ll also have access to thoughtfully maintained community amenities, including a heated pool (seasonal), clubhouse, and a dedicated car wash area.
The unit includes secure underground garage parking, with additional guest parking available for visitors.
Arrival is designed to be seamless, with detailed access instructions and entry information provided in advance for a smooth, stress-free check-in.
HOA REQUIREMENT (BAYPORT COMMUNITY)
Required at least 7 days prior to check-in:
• Registration Forms
• $50 application review fee (paid directly to HOA)

HOUSE RULES
1) All Communication must be through the chat feature on the app.
2) Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is NOT Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal. If any type of animal is brought onto the property, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee.
3) Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
4) NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Any guest that has a party will be asked to leave without a refund. ANY Parties will result in a minimum fine of $500.
5) Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed on the property including Vapes, Marijuana, and Tobacco. Smoking will result in a $250 fine.
6) If there is anything damaged or missing from the property, you will be responsible to replace and/or pay for the repair.
7) Quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (even on weekends, no loud music or any loud noise during quiet time)
8) Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Check-In Time 3:00 PM.
9) A Late Checkout Fee of $250 will be charged to the payment on file if you checkout late without prior approval.
10) There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that is lost and not recoverable.
11) No Refunds on reservations canceled due to a violation of our House Rules.
REPAIRS:
We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.
The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple-night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay-altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.

Please treat our home with respect and leave it in the condition as when you arrived.

—Please leave our coffee, creamer, and sugar in the designated area.
—Leave beds unmade - sheets, blankets, comforter and pillows on the bed - no need to strip the bed!
—Leave used towels in a pile in the bathtub/shower.
—Log out of all streaming apps you logged into on the televisions.
—Be sure all windows are closed and locked.
—Please be sure the door is locked as you leave - If applicable, place the key in the lockbox and scramble the code.
